Have you found your purpose yet? Here are a few ways to start your search.

What brings you true joy?

Find the things in life you look forward to doing. The things that make you loose track of time and completely take you over. If you enjoy what you do, you will never work a day in your life, right?

What are you really good at?

Work is easy, if you are good at it. Think about what you are better than everyone else at doing. Things that others struggle with that you can perform easily. The kinds of tasks or jobs others would be happy to pay YOU to do for them. If you left your job, what would your co-workers struggle to accomplish without you?

Showcase your values

Do you have a strong belief or value in a subject or mission? Showcase it. Odds are there are others with the same value looking for a leader or mission to support. Be that voice.

What have you learned deeply?

Is there something you have spent a lot of time and effort to learn inside and out? Likely there are people that want that knowledge. Find a way to turn your knowledge and skills into a project to help, teach, or provide it to others.

Find something that no one else is doing

There are many projects and missions that just have not found the right person to take them on. Look for something that you can see needs to be done, and no one else is doing. Often times the first one to market, is the biggest seller.

Ask others what your purpose is?

You may be surprised to learn what others see in you. Perhaps you have a superpower you never realized. Maybe you overlooked something that others struggle with and you can do easily. Sometimes your purpose is hiding right under your nose.
